Varadaraja Institute of Nursing Sciences is an affiliated college under Rajiv Gandhi University for Health Sciences Offering a full time graduation programme in B.Sc. - Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing,M.Sc. - Nursing and G.N.M Nursing (Diploma). Varadaraja Institute of Nursing Sciences is located in Tumkur, Karnataka is now one of the premier UG / PG colleges for Nursing Sciences in Karnataka. The college itself has set for high benchmarks in imparting education of the highest order.The Varadaraja Institute of Nursing Sciences - Tumkur, in Karnataka was established in 2003, as an accredited institution affiliated to Govt. of Karnataka. Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences. Karnataka Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council Located just 2 kms from the heart of town, the institution today offers 4 kinds of full-fledged nursing courses.The sprawling campus spread across 3 acres, houses a 3-storey structure with state-of-the-art classrooms, new-age laboratories, administrative and faculty divisions, an auditorium and recreational facilities.To complement these facilities, we have a very competent and dedicated faculty, a well-run infrastructure - supported and guided by our Founder-Director Dr. Durga Das Asranna. Dr. Asranna is also the founder of Kasturba Multi Speciality Hospital, which facilitates in-field training and job competence to the students during the course.It's a proud achievement for the institution that our students excel in academic performance and have acquired cent percent results in the past.
