System of education is liberating oneself from darkness to light. Once person get knowledge, he can understand and differentiate between good and bad. A person can moves towards right direction to acquire more and more knowledge. If a section of people moves in this direction, society can be knowledgeable society and that society will think and work towards improving their lifestyle. So, education will give freedom; also can be an instrument to eliminate hardship of a person from poverty, disparity. It is our duty to guide today youth in this direction. So that young minds can live better tomorrow. Pupil who works hard can progress fast in the present scenario.

We as a teacher should mould the present young generation aspiring for higher education in the right direction in right way, so that the young mind can catch their knowledge need and progress forward to achieve their goal. A team of teaching and non teaching faculties at EWCM delivering same kind of thing by diverting the attention of the young minds from distraction to focus on their set of education goals to achieve. In turn pupil can realize their life goal on long term.

Placement

EWCM is one of the pioneering colleges having a placement cell which looks after the placement needs of the students since its inception. The cell, besides providing placement assistance through campus selection, also helps students with career counseling, through seminars, workshops and group discussions on relevant topics, conducted at regular intervals. The students are provided with information on a wide variety of topics ranging from technology to avenues available for higher studies in India and abroad and career opportunities in corporate companies. Sustained efforts by the cell, the Principal and the senior faculty have already started giving rich dividends. On-campus placement activities are on full swing.

The College has a very strong industry interaction centre and a full-fledged Training and Placement Cell. Regular mock interviews, group discussions etc. are conducted to train the students to develop soft skills. Our students are placed in ITC Company through campus interviews and now some of them are top notch professionals in India and abroad. Many reputed companies visit the institution for campus recruitment.

Many top- line corporate companies have shown keen interest. They have already picked up many of our students, even before their graduation. Many other reputed companies have already fixed up appointments to conduct campus recruitment. EWCM has shown that it is second to none in making efforts to place their students firmly in reputed organizations. It is a matter of pride that many other leading engineering colleges in the state are utilizing, on request, our campus selection process for their students.
