Principal's Message

It gives me great pleasure in welcoming you to this vast unique campus, the “EAST POINT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY” a robust campus vibrating with life and which provides a dynamic, interactive learning environment. It has achieved an enviable achievement since its founding.

“Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man. The ideal of all education, all training, should be this man-making. We want that education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, the intellect is expanded, and by which one can stand on one's own feet.” Swami Vivekananda said.

The very basis of our vision is to strictly follow the above doctrine of Swami Vivekananda. Technology plays a predominant role in the holistic development of a nation. A progressive nation can only be built based on these ideologies. A technical institute is a platform where simple minds are transformed. In order to succeed and cope up with this scenario, our institute ensures good foundation through knowledge and skill development to the students.

EPCET offers an array of academic programs in a student-centered learning environment at graduate and post - graduate levels with a strong emphasis on technology. Technology education in EPCET is highly committed and responsive to the current trends and needs in the global market.

EPCET is an integrated campus with facilities such as well stocked library with a digital media resource center subscribing to DELNET and VTU e-CONSORTIUM, spacious and well furnished classrooms and laboratories contemporary with today’s technological development. The entire campus is networked and has 24x7 internet access. Experienced and highly qualified faculty is the core strength of EPCET.

At EPCET, we have implemented several innovative practices to strengthen the academic ambience. Various committees and forums have been formed to ensure smooth academic progress in the institute. In addition, the Institute conducts core domain trainings, soft skills and personality development programs, interaction with industries which provides many opportunities for campus placement. Our counselors regularly update and keep in touch with parents and report about their ward’s progress and interact with the teachers and the management. In addition through our system of students counseling and information to parents about their wards’ performance we keep in touch with the stake holders.

I assure you that we at the EPCET strive to maximize the use of technology in order to bring quality instruction and training to our students.
