Admission Guidelines

Admission

Applications are available in online as well as in direct mode. Application can be reap from the Admission office, AMC Group of institutions. Before filing the application form go through the form once and follow the term and conditions of the form. The students must fill the form with correct Name, address, contact no and others, asked in the online application form. They should make sure that all the information is correct and related to the documents mentioned in the application from. Make sure that the admission form is filled before the due date or else the application will be invalid or cancelled.

Procedure

• Application forms and information brochures are to be obtained from the college office and may also be downloaded from this website.
• Completed application forms should be submitted on or before the notified date.
• Candidates provisionally selected for admission should appear before the Admission Committee with parents/guardians.

Documentation Required for UG

• SSLC or 10th Standard or its equivalent marks card (Original)
• PUC or 10+2 marks card (Original)
• Caste certificate (Original)
• Income certificate (Original)
• Transfer Certificate (Original)
• Migration certificate for the students coming from outside Karnataka and CBSE/ICSE Students (Original)
• Physical fitness certificate from any Regd. Medical Practitioner (Original)
• 6 Passport size and 2 stamp size colour photographs.
• Parents passport size photos 2 each.
• Students admitted in our Institution should have at least five sets of photo copies of all the documents mentioned above along with 10 passport and 10 stamp size colour photographs.(Three sets of photo copies need to be produced at the time of admission)
• The students other than PU Board, Bangalore and Karnataka CBSE should apply eligibility certificate from this college.
• The students belonging to SC/ST and other categories should submit photo copies of caste certificate, income certificate while applying for students scholarships.

• All 3 year marks statement of Bachelor’s degree
• Provisional degree certificate from the college last attended or degree certificate from the University
• Caste certificate (Original)
• Income certificate (Original)

• Migration certificate for the students coming from outside Karnataka and CBSE/ICSE Students (Original)

About Principal

Dr. Prakash B Nayk, holds Post Graduate Degree in Commerce & Management and Ph.D in Management. He is a leading Indian management practitioner. He has published a number of articles on management and on social concerns, in journals of national repute. Dr. Prakash B Nayak is associated with many educational institutions and professional bodies. He is also known for his contributions to institution building & Corporate Training. He has assisted in the conceptualization and development of VOGUE (Management Institute for Interior Design & fashion Designs) at Bangalore. He is founder Director, Dr.Kariappa School of Art & Design Management, Bangalore.
