Swaminathan Saraswathi College of Education for Women, Ayothiyapattanam was started at 2006. The college offers B.Ed., and M.Ed., programmes in Education. The college is approved by NCTE and affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. It is accredited with ‘B’ grade by NAAC. The prime objective of the college is to produce quality teachers. The college aim to inculcate the sprit of dedicative service among the future teaching generation and to provide ample opportunities to the youngsters to equip themselves in securing employment
