About Us

Sri Gokulam School of Nursing started in the year 1992 and College of Nursing in 2001. The programme was started with the aim of providing excellence in teaching, research, service and leadership along with every other facility at par with the best. We offer 3 year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery programme, 4 years B.Sc Nursing Degree Course, 2 year Post Graduate (M.Sc. Nursing) Programme with 5 branches and 4 years Ph.D Nursing course.

Our Institution offer innovative learning approaches through classroom teaching with the help of modern technology and clinical teaching by adopting various methods such as bedside teaching, case study and case discussion, video teaching etc. We periodically conduct workshops and conferences to update the Knowledge & skill of the students. We regularly update the parents about the academic performance of their children. Apart from academics; importance is given to character building and discipline among the students to prepare them for their professional life. The combination of computer training and exposure to the modern diagnostic equipment and in house hospital training will certainly equip our students with the capability of easily adopting to the ever changing technology in the field of health on one hand and will provide highly qualified health professionals on the other hand which is the need of the hour in our country and abroad.
