About Us

Sree Narayana Guru College of Advanced Studies, Mezhuveli is a self-financing college affiliated to the MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY and managed by the Sree Narayana Trusts, Kollam. The college offers the students a wide range of opportunities to encourage and foster creativity and leadership skills through various extra and co-curricular activities like sports & games, food fest, community service, NCC, NSS, arts fest etc. We give the students an open platform to express their views and respond to current social issues and encourage them to take part in all positive ventures of the government and social bodies. The institutions under the Trust follow the ideals of the Guru: to imbibe strength through organizations and secure liberation through education. One of the objectives of Sree Narayana Trusts is to establish and maintain institutions in Kerala run by the SN Trusts for the upliftment of the socially and educationally backward strata of the society. But, so far, the Trust has not had any Arts & Science College in self-financing sector. To overcome this, the management decided to establish Sree Narayana Guru College of Advanced Studies in the year 2013. These colleges aim to be premier academic institutions in providing quality and affordable higher education and in developing responsible citizens.
