About Us

Saraswathy College of Nursing is run by Saraswathy Educational Trust which was found in 2007 as a glowing tribute to the eternal memory of the late B. Saraswathy Amma, a teacher par excellence. Saraswathy Educational trust envisages promotion of nursing education, research activities, community outreach programmes and also to provide quality medical assistance to the needy. Having felt the need for the service to the society by health care, the College of Nursing was established in the year 2007, to promote Quality nursing education, which was an immediate and vital necessity in the field of health care settings .The institute was initially affiliated to the University of Kerala and later it came under the Kerala University of Health Science, Trissur. It is recognized and approved by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council and approved by the Indian Nursing Council.
