About Us

SAN JOE COLLEGE OF NURSING is run by Sacred Heart Province of Franciscan Clarist Congregation, a Catholic Religious Association. The Congregation is founded in the year 1888 in Kerala upon the charisma of St. Francis Assissi and St. Clare. Sacred Heart Province is one of the 18 Provinces of the Congregation having head quarters at Aluva, Ernakulam district. The main apostolic activities of the Congregation are teaching, health care activities including hospitals and dispensaries, vocational training, family and community based developmental activities, rehabilitation of the visually and mentally challenged and care of drown-trodden members of the society. San Joe College of Nursing is another mile stone in the path of service of F.C.C and golden feather in the crown of San Joe Hospital which is functioning with the following philosophy and objectives.
