About Us

Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) is established in the year 2009 by Indira Charitable Trust, Thiruvananthapuram, which is offering a wide range of business and societal activities in Higher Education, Hospitality and Tourism, Construction and Information Technology over the past few decades. RIET began its stride with four BTech programs in 2009, now offers BTech programs in eight branches of Engineering and Technology, two MTech/PhD programs in Civil Engineering, 2 year MBA program, 4 year BHMCT and five 3 year Diploma programs. The college is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The College offers NBA Accredited Programs and is about to get accredited by NAAC. In the recent past, RIET has organised many programs of national importance. Smart India Hackathon (2018), Prime Ministers Koushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Skill Training for the benefit of the local community, and house one of the largest TCS-iON Online Testing Centre, start-up and Innovation activities for the benefit of the student community, etc. The college provides value based education and strives to develop the overall personality of students by enhancing creativity, self-confidence, communication and leadership skills. The college has become a centre of excellence catering to the needs of higher education sector in the State of Kerala.
