P. G. Institute of Medical Sciences was established in the year 2017 by Gopsai Avinandan Sangha, a registered society under West Bengal Societies Act XVII, 1961.Gopsai Avinandan Sangha, since its inception in 2003 has been committed towards spreading education in different fields like, Teacher Education, Engineering, and Healthcare etc. through nine different Educational Institutions as of now. Considering the evolving demand of the society and need of conglomeration of academics and industry, Gopsai Avinandan Sangha has always diversified its wish to spread education in multiple fields. Stepping into the education of Healthcare, primarily into Pharmacy and later in Paramedical & Allied Health Sciences in 2021 .
