College of Education is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Teachers University, Chennai, and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) [approval # F.SRO/NCTE/B.Ed./2006-2007/15239/22 Nov 2007]. Qualified and experienced teaching staff consistently plan and provide quality training to the students. The college offers the Bachelor of Education B.Ed., degree program of study to all qualified students, in the following optional: Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, and History, Computer Science, Commerce, Economics. The college became functional with its first batch from the academic year 2009-10, and is competently managed by Chairman Dr. P. Appukutty. The college is located in the peaceful surroundings of puliyampatty on the outskirts of Pollachi. It is about 8km from Pollachi.Frequent public transport service from Pollachi with a stop junction of the College road enables students to conveniently reach the college.
