PRS College of Nursing is a self-financing professional college under Krishnammal Retnaswamy Educatoional Foundation (KREF) This college which started in the year 2011 is affiliated to the University of Kerala vide Order No 2694 /Ac.1/2/2010 KUHS dated 25.06.2011 and approved by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council,Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram as per vide Order No G.2736/2011/NC dated 21.08.2011 and approved by INC Order No F No 02/APR2/2011-INC dated 27.11.2011 PRS College of Nursing conducts Bachelor degree course in Nursing of four year duration with an annual intake of 40students.The course aims at preparing professional nurse graduates who are competent to render qualitative care to patients in all settings. Student’s clinical experience is met in the parent hospital. PRS Hospital is 300 bedded NABH accredited Multi- specialty Hospital as parent hospital.
