About Us

The main activities of the Trust are in the spheres of education and health care. With the avowed policy of imparting job oriented courses with particular stress on women's education and with a view to turning out qualified nursing personnel and to improve the nursing care in the hospitals and in the community.

The Trust established the Omayal Achi College of Nursing in July 1992, after obtaining necessary permission from the State Government, Indian Nursing Council, State Nursing Council and The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University. The main aim of College of Nursing is to prepare qualified and specialized nurses by offering various nursing programmes.
