The NEW MILLENNIUM COLLEGE of Education was conceived of as early as April 2004 under the patron wing of the New Millennium Foundation Society with the goal of fulfilling a long-felt need-of training teachers at the Secondary and Higher Secondary levels. The College of Education was granted recognition by the NCTE .intake of 100 students for co-education and it is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai
