We, the faculty of Najath College of Nursing believe in preparing nurses at graduate levels in accordance to the highest standards of the profession, keeping in mind the changing trends in the Health Care, Educational fields and to mat the current needs of the individual, family& Community.

We believe that health is a state of well being that enables a person to lead physically, mentally, socially and economically productive life.

We believe that the graduate nursing education programme prepare its graduates to become exemplary citizen by adhering to code of ethics and professional conduct at all times in fulfilling personal, social and professional obligations so as to respond to national aspirations.
