About Us

The Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, also known as MCODS, was established in 1965 and received accreditation by the Dental Council of India in 1970. It was India's first private dental college and 14th dental college. It is a constituent college of Manipal University.The college is located at the heart of the sprawling world class campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure such as new age classrooms, phantom head lab, health sciences library, world class hostels and indoor sports complex. To compliment this, the dental clinics are equipped with ultramodern dental chairs, cutting edge diagnostic gadgets and top-class oral health care facilities. The college prides itself in having highly competent oral health professionals who are also erudite and dedicated teachers. The support staff are efficient and friendly.
