This village is a veritable treasure trove of antiquated old Manas and equally old stories that go hand in hand with them. Deshamangalam is just a few minutes’ drive from Trichur , resplendent with its rich history, cultural heritage and archaeological wealth and cited to be the cultural capital of Kerala.
