About Us

Laxmi Memorial Institute of Physiotherapy Mangaluru Karnataka Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy has been established by Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (R), Mangaluru in the year 1993. This Trust was registered in the year 1992. The Institute is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, approved by the Government of Karnataka and recognized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP). Located at AJ Towers at Balmatta 3 km from the railway station, Mangalore, Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy offers a Bachelor’s degree (B.PT), a Masters degree in Physiotherapy (M.PT) and PhD in Physiotherapy. The college offers excellent facilities for practical training at the sophisticated multispecialty AJ Hospital at Kuntikana, Mangalore. This has added a newer dimension to our Physiotherapy Education and Practice. Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy located in the heart of Mangalore city, Master of Physiotherapy degree course was started in the year of 2001 with an intake of 3 students per year.
