About Us

Koshys College of Nursing established in 2003 is now proudly known as Koshys Institute of Health Sciences was born out of the educational vision of Mr. C. Koshy, who always exhibited an empathetic commitment towards the development of the society. Koshys Institute of Health Science undertook initiatives to establish & execute the nursing and health science curriculum as per the demands and challenges of health care industry. The Nursing education program at Koshys began with General Nursing & Midwifery program in 2003. As a response to the demands of the profession, we included B.Sc. Nursing, PB. B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. into our program system. Currently our programs run under different specialisations, which include Medical Surgical, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Child Health and Community Health Nursing.
