About Us

ICARE established Haldia Institute of Nursing Sciences (HINS) in the year 2007-08 to provide ANM(R) course in Public Private Partnership mode with the Govt. of West Bengal. Later on the Institute is upgraded to offer GNM (3 & ½ yrs.) course recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi (INC) and affiliated to West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC) from the session 2011 – 2012. This institute started to provide trained medical staff for serving in rural areas. The institute is dedicated to provide quality health care training as per INC & WBNC programme. Well qualified and experienced faculty of the institute will ensure quality education. The congenial atmosphere of this institute enhances the teaching & learning opportunities.
