About Us

Grace Institutions is a prestigious group of Colleges established in 1998 run by Grace Educational & Charitable Trust, which is a non profitable organization involved in Educational, Health Care and Charitable activities. The Managing Trustee and founder is Dr. BARNS JOY, MBBS., DFM., FCGP. who is incidentally the Director of Grace Hospital & Nursing Home, Kaliakkavilai, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.

The other members of the trust Mrs. Geetha Barns, MA., M.Phil.(Psychology), MA(Population Studies), PGDHA., a psychologist and an educationist who is the Correspondent & Secretary of the Institutions, Dr. B. John Samuel, MS(Ophthalmology), MBA ,Director of Dr. John Eye Hospital, Kaliakkavilai, having charge as Treasurer and Dr. Sheena Cherry, MBBS,MD ,who is a Trustee.

The Institutions under the trust are Grace Hospital & Nursing Home, Grace Diagnostic Centre, Grace Estate, Grace Community College, Grace College of Education, Grace Teacher Training Institute, Grace College / School of Nursing, Grace College of Health & Management, Grace Study Centre, Grace Centre for Allied Health Science, Grace College of Hotel Management and Grace Vocational Training Centre.

Our activities are centered in Kanyakumari District, Located in Tamil Nadu and Kerala border enjoying the Kerala weather and scenery. “Gods own Country”.
