About Us

GEM Foundation is a not for profit organization started by eminent surgeon Dr. C Palanivelu, with aim to outreach and give back to the society. The activities of this organisation ranges from conducting community camps, educational and awareness programmes, financial aid to needy and deserving patients for state of art treatment for common as well as major disorders like cancer. Foundation also extends its role for wider benefits to the medical field by conducting teaching and training courses for doctors and nurses, both from India and abroad. The institution of GEM Nursing college is inline with the mission of the foundation to impart and train nursing students at par with other medical specialties.
