It is my pleasure to welcome you to Dasmesh College of Nursing. This is one of the best Nursing Colleges in Punjab state, which is run by prestigious educational Society Sangat Bhai Pheru Sikh Educational Society Faridkot establish in the year of 1970. Dasmesh College of Nursing was established in the year 2009. Dasmesh hospital has all multi-specialty departments where students learn highly proficient nursing care in a well-disciplined environment. Within the Nine years of short span of time, under the guidance of Dr. Gursevak Singh, Director and sincere effort from all faculties, Nursing College has achieved remarkable appreciation from the various levels of community. Students who have joined this college are really fortunate by all the means. Nursing occupies the largest bulk of the health care force. Healthcare industry is transforming itself day by day. The professional nurse provides holistic care with compassion, empathy and respect for clients, dignity while educating them to achieve maximum level of health. We at Dasmesh college of Nursing strive to achieve Quality in education while ensuring overall development of the students. We also recognize the importance of providing a supportive and simulative learning environment using innovative teaching & learning strategies and technological advances.

Lecturer

Theater:College is having well ventilated specious lecture theaters with comfortable setting for the students. All the lecture theaters are equipped with latest A.V aids facilities such as LCD projectors and OHP.

Library

A spacious 2500 sq. feet and well equipped library with more then 3200 recent edition books from India and abroad available to the students. The library also subscribes 16 Indian and Foreign Journals on nursing specialized fields. The library has its separate reference and journal section with separate setting facility for the teachers and students. The back volumes also available for the reference. Library which is connected with online journals for the reference of students and teachers free of cost.

Computer Lab

The primary goal of the computer labs and classrooms is to provide assistance to students that will enhance their chances of succeeding in technology-based classroom assignments and to provide access to equipment that will support the needs of instruction where we celebrate life-long learning. Keeping pace with the latest technology, we at Dasmesh have a fully equipped computer lab with multimedia & full time internet facility. The computer labs support the curriculum of the college and the assignments of the instructors.

Transport

In order to facilitate convenient transportation, the institute maintains its own fleet of buses, which are available to the students as per the academic schedule.

Hostel (Boys & Girls)

A fully residential campus has separate living Blocks for Girls & Boys which are enclosed within individual boundary walls.Comfortable, independent & fully furnished rooms with option for Ordinary/ Special! Sharing room options as per individual afford ability with 24 hrs electricity, maintenance back up and Security.State of the Art Kitchen for central cooking ,mess, adequate proper dining tables & dining chairs.Proper diet for Students declared "Sick in Quarters" by the Medical Officer. Students to approach warden for room service.24 hour back up staff for cleaning & upkeep of rooms & personal utility facilities.Special meals during important festivals and for fasts and during exam. time.
