The IHRD has addressed itself to most of the modern areas of education and training especially in the field of computer and electronics. IHRD established in the year 1987 has today grown up to a stature and more than 70 institutions including Engineering Colleges, Model Polytechnics, Regional centres and Applied Science Colleges are under the agies of the institute.College of Applied Science Malappuram, is established in 1993, affiliated to university of Calicut and is managed by Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD).The college offers UG programs in B.Sc. Electronics & B. Sc. Computer Science
