Chamarajanagar Institute of Medical Sciences is a budding medical institute whose seed was sown by the Government of Karnataka to achieve the WHO goal of “Health for All” to “attain the highest possible level of health and well-being for all at all ages through a preventive and promotive health care orientation in all developmental policies, and universal access to good quality health care services without anyone having to face financial hardship as a consequence”.The institution not only equips its students with adequate latest medical and scientific skills and know-how on the subject for performing successfully their duties but also has its mission to nourish and nurture its students in a way that they always remain benevolent and compassionate to their patients while performing their professional duties.
