This institute is founded by Lok Bikash, A Regd. NGO & Padma Hospital and Research Centre, run by experienced and prominent doctors like Dr. Biswanath Pattnaik (M.S. Utkal), Dr. Loknath Acharya (M.D.), Ex-Director of Health Services, Odisha, Dr. S.N. Mishra (E.N.T.), Dr. Bholanath Dwivedi (O&G). Chairman Dr Biswanath Pattnaik having long experience in treatment and health care sectors & training gives perfect direction to the institute.
