We started Basava Rajendra medical trust in 2009 and the name of Sri Shivarathri medical trust in presence of many dignitaries at chamarajanagar Works towards enhancing access to quality and affordable healthcare in India. The Foundation’s ‘Health for All’ motto and integrated healthcare model provides continuum of care to the most vulnerable sections of society through a network of healthcare delivery mechanisms. Cumulatively, over 67 lakhs consultations have benefitted vulnerable patients through various health initiatives. Numerous health camps to provide optimal health services to the needy and focusing mainly to the tribal group. Educating on the primary health care, Women and child health care, to guide on creating a healthy environment. Distributing free medicines during the health camp.
