Andhra Lutheran College of education was established in the year 1950 with recent introduction of new courses in the year 2014. The college is a Private Unaided college and yet to be affiliated to any university in Andhra Pradesh. It is located in the urban setting of Guntur. This college is a Christian Minority college and offers Teacher Training courses. Recently they have also introduced Diet related courses. The college is currently (June, 2017) is headed by Dr.J.prasanth Kumar (Prl.), Dr.M.Indira Devi (Correspondence).
